In 19 BBY,[3] during the Battle of Anaxes of the Clone Wars, a battalion of battle droids served within the Separatist Droid Army of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. During the engagements on the planet Anaxes, the battalion, which consisted of B1-series battle droids and DSD1 dwarf spider droids, led by an OOM command battle droid, were attacked by the defective clone commandos of Clone Force 99 in a canyon near Sector One, a Separatist control point during the battle. As a result of the attack, Clone Force 99, undertaking a devised strategy, destroyed the entire battalion.[1]
