A diner existed in the galaxy. When he did construction work in the Core Worlds, Ganzer visited the diner. There, he witnessed a Jedi Knight encounter two hustlers who had been winning meals off patrons.[1]

The diner was first mentioned in John Jackson Miller's short story "The Ride" in the 2017 novella collection Canto Bight, released as part of the Journey to Star Wars: The Last Jedi multimedia project.[1]
