"Oh, yes, Imperial unification, what a wonderful thing. Twenty years of peace! Tell that to my cousin. He got the hot end of a bandit's blaster bolt just last year. We could barely afford the bacta treatment. How's that for peace?"
―A woman[1]

An individual was the cousin of a woman present on the planet Genbara twenty years after the Sith rebellion. One year earlier, the cousin was shot by a bandit with a blaster, and the family struggled to afford his bacta treatment. The following year, the woman who was his cousin shared his anecdote to deride the supposed benefits of peace after the Imperial unification while traveling with a caravan to Osou spaceport on Genbara.[1]

Behind the scenes

The cousin was mentioned in the 2021 non-canon novel Ronin: A Visions Novel, by Emma Mieko Candon.[1]
