A city planet was located in the galaxy. During the rule of the Galactic Empire, a rebel cell known as the Spectres came in their starship Ghost to the city planet, and picked up some supplies, destroyed a Com array, liberated prisoners of the Empire and destroyed an All Terrain Armored Transport.[1]
