Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A cantina was located on Pamarthe during the days of the New Republic. The cantina sold a native Pamarthen drink, Port in a Storm.[1] In 28 ABY,[2] Greer Sonnel, a native Pamarthen, and Joph Seastriker traveled to this cantina where Seastriker was forced to drink Port in a Storm by the tavern-keeper. Sonnel instead drank it, proving herself to the tavern-keeper and other onlookers as being a true Pamarthen.[1]
