This individual was a bartender on the planet Wielu. Sometime in 20 BBY, the smuggler Rook Pryce attempted to sell his cargo of Neimoidian amber, but the bartender informed him that all of the planet's crime bosses had issued a decree forbidding anyone from doing business with him. The bartender appeared apologetic and wished Pryce good luck.[1]
