Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A type of flock-dwelling avian creature with quicksilver wings dwelt on[1] the Core Worlds planet[2] Chandrila.[1] In 26 ABY,[3] while the Jedi Kyp Durron and Jaina Solo were talking outside an abandoned Chandrilan villa, a flock of the avians was startled by a clap of thunder, which caused them to rise into the sky behind Durron.[1]

Behind the scenes

The avian appeared in Greg Keyes's 2001 novel The New Jedi Order: Edge of Victory II: Rebirth, the second volume of the Edge of Victory Duology, which was itself a part of the series Star Wars: The New Jedi Order.[1]
