A male Toydarian merchant operated in Vashka City on the planet Vashka. During the mission to Vashka, Bazine Netal inquired about the latest baffleweave technology with the Toydarian and drove a hard bargain on a ripped gray and black shirt. She however threatened to gut him if his goods were counterfeit.[1]
