- "Freeze!"
- ―The T-Stormtrooper
A humanoid individual served the TRIGGER Empire's army as a T-Stormtrooper after the fall of the First Order[1] in 35 ABY.[2] They were sent as part of a group of T-Stormtroopers to stop[1] the Dark Lord[3] Karre from escaping a Gemini-class Star Destroyer with a stolen kyber crystal. Upon encountering Karre, they commanded the Dark Lord to freeze. After being ignored by the Dark Lord, another trooper ordered the other stormtroopers to stun him. Karre froze the stun shots using the Force and proceeded to slam the troopers into the wall, leaving them incapacitated before continuing his escape. The T-Stormtrooper wore a set of white armor and wielded a blaster identical to the other troopers.[1]
Behind the scenes
The T-Stormtrooper first appeared in "THE TWINS," a short film released as part of the first volume of the non-canon Star Wars: Visions series. The animated short, produced by Studio Trigger,[1] was released on September 22, 2021.[4] In the short, the T-Stormtroopers were voiced by Yu Wakabayashi, Hayato Kimura, and Keita Tada in the original Japanese, while Jonathan Lipow and Marc Thompson voiced them in English.[1] Prior to their appearance in the short, they first appeared in the trailer for Star Wars: Visions Volume 1 posted to the official Star Wars YouTube channel on August 18, 2021.[5]
