Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An individual was a Stationmaster at Fostar Haven[1] in 0 ABY.[2] They allowed the Rebel Alliance to have a presence there. When the Galactic Empire showed up at Fostar Haven hunting an Alderaanian refugee convoy, they protested and activated the station's defense turrets, firing on Helix Squadron, and prompting a wholesale retaliation against Fostar Haven.[1]
