Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A Ri'Dar managed a casino on the planet of Coruscant in 8 ABY. After a bribe from Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker, this Ri'Dar provided the Human with information about Han Solo's visit to the casino at a previous date. The casino manager also identified Solo's opponent in sabacc as Omogg, a Drackmarian warlord.[1]
