A clone navigation officer was stationed aboard the Venator-class Star Destroyer Resolute, shortly prior to the Battle of Kamino of the Clone Wars. He served under the command of Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. The naval officer decrypted an audio message from Separatist General Grievous with Count Dooku's Dark Acolyte, Asajj Ventress, talking about preparations for the upcoming war.
