Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Conquest of Makeb, a male Twi'lek served as captain in the military of the Galactic Republic. Around 3638 BBY, he led a refugee caravan named Whiteraft until he was eliminated by Sith Empire forces.[1]
