Unidentified R2 unit (Chancellor Palpatine Spaceport)

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An R2-series astromech droid served the Galactic Republic as a security droid at the Chancellor Palpatine Spaceport on the planet Coruscant.^[1]

In 19 BBY, the R2 unit followed a suspicious R2-series astromech droid, who was Jedi Master Yoda in disguise, into the spaceport's refresher. Yoda used the the Force to leviate himself out of a stall and trap the security R2 unit inside.^[1]
