A Quarren and his Ithorian friend were approached in the cantina in Dreshdae on Korriban almost four thousand years prior to Battle of Yavin in 3993 BBY by Duron Qel-Droma and Shaela Nuur, who were on Korriban on a mission for the Jedi Order, looking for a terentatek. The Quarren and Ithorian agreed to provide the Jedi with information that could help them on their quest—for the price of one kilo of spice.
