Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The elderly female Ottegan was in Niima Outpost on the planet Jakku when the Kubaz banker Rikard Lovas's banking ship exploded. She saw the secretary droid CZ-1G5 next to the banking ships just before it exploded. Her interview with Deputies Streehn and Drego helped lead to the discovery and apprehension of Rikard Lovas who had orchestrated the robbery.[1]
