Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

"Orbalisks torment their host with constant agony. A Nikto whom I trained as a dark side adept could not handle the pain. Useless."
―Emperor Palpatine[1]

An Nikto Dark Side Adept was trained by the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Sidious. This adept was subjected to the effects of orbalisks by Palpatine, but could not handle the immense pain caused by the creatures. Recollecting upon the Nikto while making notes in his Book of Sith, Palpatine declared his former student to be useless.
