Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Moff of the Truum sector was an individual loyal to the Galactic Empire. Soon after the Battle of Yavin, the Moff was forced to accept Contruum's independence from the Empire.[1]
