Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

When a exploration vessel from the greater galaxy stumbled upon the O'reen system several centuries[1] before the 22 BBY outbreak of the Clone Wars,[2] the O'reenians captured the starship; nevertheless the encounter compelled the Magnus, leader of the planet, to press for greater technological advancement of the O'reenians to better defend the planet from outside forces. The program eventually led O'reen to become technologically matched to most of the outside galaxy.[1]
