Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An individual was a Jedi Temple Guard during the High Republic Era. They guarded the lifts that went to the Jedi Temple communication center. When Tep Tep tried to persuade Teeva to let them see CD-2, the Jedi Temple Guard told Teeva it was probably okay.[1]
