This Imperial officer was stationed aboard the Imperial light cruiser Tellstar above Lothal in 4 BBY. After being informed by a technician that the astromech droid courier 264 was malfunctioning, he asked what was wrong with the droid, suggesting that the technician check its decryption. "264" was actually the rebel droid Chopper, undercover to access the Empire's data network. Before the technician could inspect Chopper, the Corellian VCX-100 Ghost attacked the light cruiser on his signal.[1]
