A human officer in the Galactic Empire was stationed on the moon Toshara[1] in 3 ABY.[2] They had dark skin, black hair and brown eyes.[1] While stationed there, they offered to remove individuals from the Imperial wanted list in exchange for credits.[1]

This section of the article assumes 100% game completion of Star Wars Outlaws. Any alternate stories may be noted in the "Behind the scenes" section. The events in this section may or may not have been confirmed as canon.

During 3 ABY,[2] the scoundrel Kay Vess over heard an individual paying the officer for that serves. Later when Vess approached them and they offered their serves to Vess.[1]

Behind the scenes

The officer appeared in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. In the game, they offered a service to clear the player from the wanted level.[1]
