An officer in the Imperial Military was stationed on the planet Balmorra during the Cold War, and during a quarrel with a Chiss delegate in the Sunken Sarlacc cantina, the officer killed the delegate. In order to preserve the Imperial-Chiss alliance, Officer Breerdin arranged for the security recording to be doctored and frame the Balmorran resistance for the delegate's murder.
