Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Galactic Civil War,[1] this Imperial Governor governed the Core Worlds[2] planet of Chandrila.[1] According to Rebel founder[3] Mon Mothma, the governor declared the Governing council of Salline to be traitors after they protested the seizure of its citizens by the Imperial Security Bureau. This lead to Imperial forces under the command of Colonel Maximilian Veers to be dispatched to root out the opposition.[1]
