- "Lord Vader, you ordered a full report of our troop deployment in the Winnikk system."
"Very well, General. What is your report? And it better be to my liking." - ―The general, and Darth Vader
A human served as a general in the Galactic Empire's Military. During the Imperial Era, the general was stationed on Darth Vader's Venator-class Star Destroyer. Early into the reign of the Galactic Empire, , Darth Vader tasked the general with deploying 50,000 troops to the Winnikk system, however, the general was only able to have 10,000 troops preparing to deploy as Imperial troops were spread thin throughout the galaxy, according to the general. Eventually, Lord Vader ordered a full report on the troop deployments, and the general reported on the status of the deployments. Unsatisfied, Vader force choked the general to death in his meditation chamber due to being tired of the generals excuses, and tasked an MSE-6 series repair droid to remove the body.[2]
The Imperial officer had a standard gray Imperial uniform with a rank insignia plaque that contained four blue tiles on the bottom row and four red tiles on the top row. Additionally, the officer made use of an Imperial kepi with an officer's disk, as well as a single code cylinder on the uniform's left pouch. The general had tan skin, brown hair, and a mustache.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Imperial general was introduced in "No Good Deed...," a mini-comic that was attached to the first issue of the Star Wars: Darth Vader (2017) comic series.[2]

Notes and references
- ↑ "No Good Deed..." — Darth Vader (2017) 1 occurs after Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader, which Star Wars: Timelines dates to 19 BBY. The mini-comic also occurs before the events of Lords of the Sith which Timelines dates to 14 BBY as by that time, Vader's flagship is the Perilous, and not his Venator-class seen in this story. As such, the mini-comic must occur in or between these years.
