The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This Imperial Governor was an Imperial officer based on the planet Ando, who made a deal with the pirate Pyash Yopayomba. In exchange for her instigating a planetary civil war during the Portage Moon Festival, the governor would give Yopayomba complete control of Ando's oceans.[1]

The governor's fate is unknown after the Battle of Portage Moon.
