Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A human female was an assassin who was hired by Werner Klop. In 229 BBY, she received a mission to eliminate Tanabi Yar. On her first attempt to assassinate Yar, her hand was amputated by Vernestra Rwoh using a lightsaber. The assassin once again attempted to assassinate Yar, accompanied by Werner and an Ithorian assassin. However, Vernestra saved Yar's life again. The assassin was then fatally shot by Fee-Na after the assassin tried to kill her for the final time on Vado's Peak.^[1]
