An individual served as an Honor Guard during the Clone Wars and was present at Senator Onaconda Farr's funeral on a landing platform on Coruscant in 21 BBY. After the funeral, they informed Padmé Amidala and Lolo Purs that Supreme Chancellor Palpatine wanted them to go to his chambers.
Biography
In 21 BBY,[3] after Onaconda Farr was poisoned and killed by Lolo Purs, members of the Honor Guard, including this one, were present at his funeral and conducted a present arms salute as the casket was being taken to a Consular-class cruiser. Afterwards, Padmé Amidala was talking to Purs when the Honor Guard told them that Chancellor Palpatine requested their presence.[2]
Personality and traits
As an Honor Guard, and thus a member of the Senate Guard, they were well-trained in armed and unarmed combat and was tasked with protecting the Chancellor and Senators. They were polite, telling Padmé Amidala and Lolo Purs to excuse them, before telling Amidala and Purs that Palpatine wanted to talk to them.[2]
Equipment
They were equipped with Honor Guard armor, which was Senate Guard armor with a black ceremonial cloak. They carried a DC-15A blaster rifle.[2]
Behind the scenes
This Honor Guard first appeared in the episode "Senate Murders," the fifteenth episode of Season Two of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, which aired on March 12, 2010 in Canada, March 13 in the UK, and March 19 in the US.[4]
