The diminutive species was native to Fikzwaa, an astronomical object which was under the control of the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Endor[1] in 4 ABY,[2] the natives usurped the Empire from their homeworld.[1] In 5 ABY,[3] by which the Fikzwaa natives numbered in the billions on their homeworld, the Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing carried out a string of genocides against Imperial breakaway factions. After the fighter wing wiped out the residents of the planet Fedovoi End, the 204th engineer Agias Rikton heard from other members of the 204th that Fikzwaa may be their next target and discussed the possibility with the TIE pilot Lieutenant Yrica Quell, describing the Fikzwaa natives as no taller than Quell's knee.[1]
Behind the scenes
The species was mentioned in the 2021 novel Victory's Price. Written by Alexander Freed, the novel was the final volume of the Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy.[1]

- ↑ The events of Victory's Price: An Alphabet Squadron Novel begin after the Cerberon system campaign, and the novel also features the Battle of Jakku at the end of its three main sections. Since Star Wars: Timelines dates both of those conflicts to 5 ABY, the main events of Victory's Price must therefore be set in that year. Furthermore, since the mention of the Fikzwaa in Victory's Price occurs prior to the Battle of Jakku, it must also have taken place that year.
