This Duros was the race announcer for the Tarisian Season Opener in 3956 BBY. He presented Revan as the winner of the swoop race after Revan bested the time of Redros, a member of the Black Vulkars gang in the Lower City. However, Brejik, leader of the Black Vulkars, moved to withdraw the victory prize. He protested to Brejik that this was a clear violation of the season's most sacred traditions that the prize never be withdrawn, but Brejik retorted that his traditions meant nothing to him and that he was the wave of the future.

In the scuffle that followed, the Duros, along with a host of other racers, save for members of the Black Vulkars, fled the scene as the Jedi Bastila Shan and Revan fought and killed the assaulting gang members.
