Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A syndic represented the Clarr family in the Chiss Syndicure. He once served on a tribunal that investigated Senior Captain Thrawn's actions during the attack on the Paataatus. During the tribunal, the Syndic asked Admiral Ar'alani if it was true that Thrawn had disobeyed a direct order.[1]
