A Storm-hair[1] was a Chosen, one of Storm-hair Warlord Nuso Esva's elite warriors.[2] In 0 ABY,[3] the Chosen participated in the[2] battle for Poln Major,[4] during which the Storm-hair and several other Chosen attempted to murder the Galactic Empire's Candoras sector's governor, Bidor Ferrouz, in an attempt to bring the Imperial Senior Captain Thrawn, Esva's nemesis, to the Poln system.[2]
The Storm-hairs attacked the Whistling Wind tapcaf, where Ferrouz was hiding with five former stormtroopers that formed the Hand of Judgment gorup. After Thrawn traveled to the Poln system, the Chosen announced that they no longer needed to murder Ferrouz and told the stormtroopers' leader, Daric LaRone, that they would be leaving after avenging the Storm-hairs the Hand of Jugdment had killed by destroying the tapcaf with explosives. However, members of the Troukree species disabled the explosives before they could be activated.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Chosen's voice appeared in the 2011 novel Choices of One, written by Timothy Zahn.[2]
