Ulicx Vinaq was a Devaronian merchant known for his many facial piercings.
Biography
After losing a large amount of credits to Vinaq, Imperial Governor Desh planted a crate of Imperial weapons on the Devaronian's ship and issued an arrest order for Vinaq. He was a known associate of the Devaronian trader Merrilet Gorron.
