Tythoni Square[3] was a municipal area in the Holy Quarter of Jedha's Holy City[2] that shared its name with the Deep Core planet Tython.[5] In 1 BBY,[1] the square was the site of an ambush on an Imperial kyber crystal transport by Saw Gerrera's Partisans shortly before the city's destruction by the Death Star.[4]
