The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The government headed by Belo Tusus overthrew the Ortolan government in the late stages of the Clone Wars, and seized power of Orto. The government was aligned with the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and suffered continual sabotage and undermining from Jedi Knight Nem Bees.
