This estate, located on the planet Mon Calamari, was owned by the family of Quarren Senator Tundra Dowmeia. After Jedi General Anakin Skywalker rescued Supreme Chancellor Palpatine in 19 BBY, Dowmeia invited Skywalker to visit the estate.
