"Over the next twenty-four hours, the planet Fedovoi End will be rendered uninhabitable. The Yomo Council will die with the territory it usurped. Governor Brashan, General Tuluh, and their criminal cohorts will be erased from history."
―Soran Keize, in a message to Fedovoi End[1]

Tuluh was a general in the Yomo Council, a faction that broke away from the Galactic Empire after the latter's defeat at the Battle of Endor[1] in 4 ABY[2] and took control of the planet Fedovoi End.[1] In 5 ABY,[3] the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, as part of forces loyal to the Empire, was sent to devastate Fedovoi End as punishment for the Yomo Council going rogue. Soran Keize, the fighter wing's commanding officer, cited Tuluh and Governor Brashan as among the individuals the unit was going to wipe out when he made an announcement to Fedovoi End's population. The 204th then proceeded to release toxic gas from pockets in the world's ice caps, poisoning Fedovoi End and its inhabitants.[1]

Behind the scenes

Tuluh was mentioned in the 2021 novel Victory's Price, the third installment of Alexander Freed's Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy.[1]

  3. The events of Victory's Price: An Alphabet Squadron Novel begin after the Cerberon system campaign, and the novel also features the Battle of Jakku at the end of its three main sections. Since Star Wars: Timelines dates both of those conflicts to 5 ABY, the main events of Victory's Price must therefore be set in that year.
