Tuloo was a female[2] Myykian youngling who lived on At Attin in the New Republic Era. Their family consisted of a mother, father, a brother Neel, twin brothers Jobo and Jorko.[1]
After missing their Career Assessment Test the human Wim came to Tuloo's home looking for Neel. When asked where he was through the window Tuloo pointed up, indicating that Neel was upstairs.[1]

Tuloo first appeared in the first episode of 2024 series Star Wars: Skeleton Crew "This Could Be a Real Adventure".
