Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A holocron created by the Sith Lord Tulak Hord was buried in the Tomb of Marka Ragnos on the planet Korriban, in the Valley of the Dark Lords. Despite dozens of attempts to retrieve the holocron from the pyramid in which it was stored, the Holocron was never found until over a millennia after its burial. This was until a former slave of the reconstituted Sith Empire managed to retrieve the artifact.
