A female was the grandmother of Tula Markona. At one point she was a member of the Jedi Order but left after falling in love with a roguish stranger. Eventually they settled on Hubin and had a son whom she taught all she knew. When Tula saw the lightsaber of Luke Skywalker, she remarked that it reminded her of her grandmother's.^[2]
