Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An observation post was built by the Galactic Empire on the planet Aleen's moon Trohlu, alongside a listening station. The two structures were the only sign of the Empire's presence in the system, as they had taken a hands-off approach to Aleen.[1]
