- "Marchion Ro, Eye of the Nihil, it is the determination of this tribunal that you have forfeited your opportunity to live among other sentient beings. You are sentenced to a life of solitary imprisonment. You will be taken to a facility in deep space, staffed only by droids, with supplies sufficient for the rest of your life. The facility will be constructed by the droid stewards at a location randomly determined by them. Only the supreme chancellor and the Jedi High Council will know where you are. You will interact with no one. There will be no opportunity for parole."
- ―A Republic magistrate
The trial of Marchion Ro was held[1] around 228 BBY[2] in the Galactic Republic's Senate Building on the planet Coruscant. Following his capture on the planet Sophros, Marchion Ro, the leader of the Nihil marauder organization, stood trial for numerous crimes, including the destruction of Starlight Beacon and the attempted murder of every being in existence. The trial concluded with Ro being sentenced to life in solitary confinement, with his prison to be constructed by droids in a randomly chosen location in deep space.[1]
