High Inquisitor Antinnis Tremayne wielded a green lightsaber during his time as an Inquisitor. He used this blade to duel Darrin Arkanian, Corwin Shelvay, and Drake Lo'gaan.
History
In 19 BBY, Tremayne wielded the lightsaber in a training session with fellow Inquisitors, Gwellib Ap-Llewff, Halmere, and Lanu Pasiq. He ended up summoning their lightsabers and wielding all four blades at once. He later dueled Drake Lo'gaan with his lightsaber aboard a shuttle headed for Byss. A duel that he lost.[3]

In 10 BBY, Jedi Master Darrin Arkanian freed his Padawan Corwin Shelvay from Imperial interrogation. The two attempted to flee Coruscant, however, Tremayne cut the two Jedi off. Darrin Arkanian and Tremayne entered a fast paced duel, however, neither could beat each other and the duel ended in a stalemate. Tremayne then threatened Darrin Arkanian to lay down his weapon, or Shelvay would die. During their duel, Stormtroopers had put Shelvay at gun point. Darrin complied, saying he'd come quitely, but only if Shelvay was allowed to go free. Tremayne--seeing through the Jedi's bluff--struck the Sullustan Jedi Master down. He gloated over his victory of killing his first Jedi Master, however, he then noticed that Shelvay had somehow broke free. He felt a stirring in the Force as Shelvay summoned his masters lightsaber before quickly attacking Tremayne. Tremayne held his ground, however, his blade kept being pushed closer and closer to his face. Eventually, Tremayne attempted to a do a feint he had perfected, but in an unpredictable and unorthodox move, Shelvay sliced off Tremayne's right arm and severly damaged the right side of his face.[2]
Behind the scenes
Tremayne's lightsaber was first pictured and mentioned in Galaxy Guide 9: Fragments from the Rim,[1] however, it didn't make its first appearance until "Dark Vendetta."[2] Dark Vendetta's main artwork portrays Tremayne duelling Shelvay, however, the lightsaber colors of his lightsaber and Darrin Arkanian's are swapped.[2]
