Transgenic Sample Eleven was the name given by Sannus Lorrick to a Vorantikus that he infected with Rakghoul plague during his experiments on Ord Mantell. In 3639 BBY a strike team stormed Lorrick's lab and neutralized all threats within, including the Transgenic Sample Eleven.[2]
