The Traffic Division was a division of the New Republic Tribunal that regulated traffic. They were responsible for sending fines to pilots who traveled above speed limits. A RZ-2 A-wing interceptor pilot was fined 1,000 New Republic Credits for traveling at 1,350 kph in a 1,300 kph zone. If they did not pay within ten days, the Traffic Division would be able to forcefully seize the ship and sell it for scrap. An overdue notice for this was collected by Poe Dameron in a vehicle guidebook.^[1]
