Toxico was the chemical company active during the Separatist Crisis. It was responsible for the production of a toxin called Cyanoxis D-587 that was designed to exterminate conduit worms, a type of vermin that fed on electical systems. Toxico placed adverts for the chemical in the planet of Coruscant's HoloNet News that were published just before the onset of the Clone Wars, in 23 and 22 BBY.

Behind the scenes

Advertising for Cyanoxis D-587 appeared in HoloNet News, an in-universe website created to publicize the upcoming film Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones.
