The Tower Ridge Water Silo was one of the first water storage facilities built on the planet Tatooine. Built on Tower Ridge near Mos Eisley, the structure consisted of a square metal building with an oval silo sitting on top. Entrance into the silo was provided by a set of double doors, and a control box was attached to a side wall.[1]
By the time of the Galactic Civil War, the water silo was used by the Ithorian crime lord Slag Flats. During the hunt for Adar Tallon, Flats was killed by bounty hunters led by Jodo Kast. A team of Alliance operatives were due to met with Flats and found her corpse, and were subsequently trapped in the water silo by the pirate Quist. The Alliance team managed to escape from the silo.[1]
