Torkel Laphmer was a Human male senior executive of Czerka Corporation during the era of the Galactic War. Before the Seizure of CZ-198, he approached the Department of Adjudication to negotiate terms for information on the classified facility in exchange of a mansion and lifetime salary.[1]
