Tor Haido was a resident of Cato Neimoidia. During the Clone Wars, Tor Haido assisted the Grand Army of the Republic in its occupation of the planet by acting as a spy. Through this work, he came to know the Jedi Suljo Warde well. After public opinion turned against Warde, Haido attempted to distance himself from the Jedi.[1]
