Tonvarr pirates
The Tonvarr pirates was a vicious pirate organization with a base of operations on Rishi, who frequently chose the icy world of Ilum for their attacks. Their equipment appeared to be similar in style and construction (if not the very same) to the Scalene Sets developed in the Gree Enclave.
Their use of Gree-developed armor and weaponry might imply their targeting of Gree ships and transports. Though they maintained a presence on Rishi, they, and other pirate groups present, had to follow the terms of the Nova Blades in order to operate within the city of Raider's Cove.
